On the mud, you need grit and raw grip to execute a hold, while the mat demands speed and precise footwork to escape a tackle. We train for both, ensuring our athletes understand the specific defensive chains and raiding rhythm required for each surface. ### Training Beyond the Basics Kabaddi is more than just a contact sport, it is a game of strategy, lung capacity, and mental toughness. At Unique Sports Academy, we focus on the complete athlete. Our training sessions at the Rajiv Gandhi Sports Complex are designed to push your limits, blending intense fitness with specific match-play scenarios. ### Mud vs. Mat: Two Different Worlds We believe in the old-school approach. This shift allows us to work on the high-speed defensive chains and quick-reflex raids you see in state and national level tournaments. ### What We Work On - **Raiding:** Mastering the toe touch, hand touch, and back kicks. - **Defense:** Developing the perfect ankle hold, thigh hold, and chain formation. - **Conditioning:** Agility ladders, core circuits, and stadium stair climbs to build the endurance needed for a 40-minute match. ### Who Is This For?
