While most of the city is asleep, we are busy chopping, cooking, and portioning meals for the day ahead. You won't find artificial preservatives or short-cuts here because we know that the ingredients we pack at dawn are what you will rely on for your energy during the day. ### How We Make It Happen When we say our meals are fresh, we mean it. Our kitchen fires up before sunrise because we believe that the journey to health is built on consistency, not convenience. Every meal you receive is prepped, cooked, and packed in our Okhla facility by our team, ensuring that 'fresh' isn't just a label on a website, but a standard we uphold every single morning. ### Why Transparency Matters We know that trusting someone else with your food—especially when you have health goals like weight loss, managing PCOS, or controlling blood sugar—is a big deal. That is why we are open about our process. - **No Hidden Ingredients:** We use zero refined sugars, zero refined salts, and no artificial preservatives. - **Hygiene First:** Our staff works with gloves, hairnets, and sanitization protocols that are second nature to us. - **Real People, Real Care:** Chef Prakash and our kitchen crew don't just follow recipes; they understand that for many of our clients, this food is part of a healing journey. ### Built by a Team, Not a Factory 6meal started from a personal place, and it continues to grow that way. Our nutritionists and chefs sit together to plan rotations, ensuring that eating healthy never feels like a punishment. Whether it is a quick Asian rice bowl or a protein-packed salad, it is made by people who care about the result. We want you to know exactly who is handling your food and the dedication they bring to the table. If you are curious about how we can support your specific diet, we are always here to chat about the science and the heart behind what we do. ## About 6meal I'm Sonal, and I started 6meal because I needed healthy food I could trust for my own family. My team here in Okhla isn't just staff; they are the ones who wake up at 5 AM to put care, science, and real nutrition into every single box that leaves our kitchen.
