Whether it's sourcing Jaisalmer yellow stone for a warm glow or sketching custom joinery like the Golden Gate swing, every material is chosen for how it ages and feels under your hand. We believe a home shouldn't just look finished; it should breathe. At Leapingfrog Studio, we define our style as Tropical Modernism with a deep-rooted respect for South Indian heritage. We aren't interested in trends that fade by next season. Instead, we build spaces using raw, honest materials—think exposed brick, reclaimed wood, and natural stone—that grow more beautiful with time. ### Our Process Our projects, whether a new build or a full home renovation, begin with a conversation about your lifestyle. We map out light paths and ventilation before laying a single brick. If you want a courtyard that brings the garden inside or a dedicated space for quiet reflection, we plan for that from the initial sketches. ### The Craft We obsess over the details because that is where the soul resides. This includes designing custom furniture, such as our signature swings or built-in masonry seating, and sourcing specific joinery like teak and cane to add warmth. We also specialize in structural remodeling, where we cut through old slabs to introduce skylights or reconfigure layouts to turn cramped rooms into open, airy sanctuaries. ### The Result We create homes that are as functional as they are poetic. You won't find generic layouts here; you will find corners designed for your rituals—a morning coffee spot, a sacred puja room, or a reading nook bathed in diffused light. When we hand over a home, it’s not just a set of walls; it’s a space ready to hold your memories, built with the same care as if it were our own. ## About 1Leapingfrog Studio We are Leapingfrog Studio, a gang of design enthusiasts who love brick, shadow, and getting our hands dirty on site.
